Click for Larger Image/Video 1. Rapid-Air Cut-To-Length Machine 2. Wenco is currently refurbishing a Cooper-Weymouth Peterson 10,000 Lbs x 36" wide x .125" thick Cradle Straightener Feeder. This is a four week project and we will post pictures upon completion 3. Wenco is currently refurbishing a 20,000 lbs x 60" American Steel Line Reel, this reel has a coil car, traveling base, hydraulic expansion, & hold down Arm. We are designing & building a new control & hydraulic system. We will post pictures upon completion. Before After 4. Wenco Machinery Corp. just started to rebuild a 60 Ton Stamtec Press (see before picture) we will post an after picture when the machine is completed Before After 5. We are currently in a 8 month project which involves 10 New Cieco Inc Resolver Based Press Brake Controls plus we are Providing & Installing 7 New Air Brakes in place of the old style Band Brakes. 6. We are at it again with Two Cieco Inc Automator II Full Blown Press, Motor, Tonnage Monitor, & Die Protection Controls. These controls are being mounted on a Minster 5SS & a Minster P2-150 and these are our customers second & third Cieco Inc Automator II Controls in the last 6 months. 7. We are in the process of refurbishing a 75 Ton Minster #7 Press. This project includes a New Cieco Inc Press Cam Base Press Control & rebuilding the Clutch & Brake. This machine is the second machine we are doing for our customer in the last three months.
